A rant:(

The rant, under a cut so it can be skipped: I saw something the other day that turned me off ABJD even more. A girl was talking about kicking someone in the face for touching her doll's face. Good grief, it's just a stupid toy. I know it might mess up the paint but that sort of attitude squicks me right out on the hobby. It was nearly as bad as the girl who was selling her eggs to buy ABJD. Just... bleah.

Ewww... what? Kicking someone in the face? Selling her EGGS?!?! Oh dear.

Well, hopefully you know that some of us who like ABJDs are not quite THAT nuts. Or... well, I'm nuts, but I like to think it's nuts in a friendly and entertaining kind of way. :)

I love my dollies, but I don't care much for the community sometimes myself.

:) Okay... well you know that I do, and most of them are your fault! (I blame/credit you for ALL of the Obitsus, just so you know. And then there's the centaur, and the kitty).

Maybe I'll put up pictures of Sienna's place as a LJ entry so you can send me links and stuff here and see what she's up to (though she'll be featured on Miranda Wandering here after a bit) :)

BJDs are awesome dolls, but they're not the ONLY dolls in the world. There are lots of cool dolls out there. No worries. I'll never been one of those BJD only freaks.

Though... does it count that I tend to rescue the BJDs no one else wants? Like poor Lorelei? (batting eyelashes) :)

that would be cool. lol, I've been looking forward to she and Tarna's appearances on your blog.

XD Brownie, the girl who sold the Little Fair Dana, found an orphan to adopt for her new one. Someone had sanded a girl minifee body flat (though they did a neat job) thinking to make a boy. Brownie had just been saying at the time that she liked minifee but not the BOOBs, so she was delighted to find one with no boobs or other stuff. Her little girl is coming home as we speak (well, maybe not, she's proly doing a sleepover for the weekend. lol)
