The rant, under a cut so it can be skipped: I saw something the other day that turned me off ABJD even more. A girl was talking about kicking someone in the face for touching her doll's face. Good grief, it's just a stupid toy. I know it might mess up the paint but that sort of attitude squicks me right out on the hobby. It was nearly as bad as the girl who was selling her eggs to buy ABJD. Just... bleah.
